Hi! My name is Hannah Schaefer, I’m a Johnson & Wales graduate with a BS in Graphic Design and a focus in print. I first started studying graphic design at a vocational school, where my focus was in Multimedia Communications. I had originally chosen that program because I was interested in photography as a child, but as time passed, I found myself gravitating more towards graphic design. It wasn’t until my junior year of high school that I realized I had a passion for design.
It had all started with a branding and packaging project I had been assigned during that year, where we had to make our own brand and branding guidelines for it. This was the first project I had been given concerning branding and packaging and I immediately fell in love with it. Ever since then, I’ve been pursuing design as a career. I still love doing photography on the side and I occasionally get to integrate my photography into my designs, which is a plus. My goal is to one day work for a branding and packaging design studio in a small city.
