During the summer of 2023, I had an exceptional opportunity as a Creative Services Intern at the WaterFire Arts Center, where I immersed myself in a dynamic and enriching environment. The culmination of my internship was an immensely gratifying experience, as I took on the responsibility of crafting the design for the T-shirts featured at the annual Clear Currents event hosted by the center.
Collaborating with a diverse and talented team, I actively contributed to the conceptualization of the T-shirt design. The invaluable guidance and support from my colleagues in the Creative Services department played a pivotal role in refining and perfecting the intricate details of the design. This collaborative effort resulted in a design that not only met but exceeded expectations.
Reflecting on this experience, it was a journey marked by personal and professional growth. Witnessing the success of the T-shirts, which nearly sold out on the very first night of release, was a testament to the impact of our collective creativity. I take immense pride in the role I played in this accomplishment, and I am grateful for the knowledge and skills I acquired throughout this transformative internship.
